摘要
目的:探讨对叶百部总生物碱薄层色谱法的展开条件,以对叶百部碱为对照药品,通过比较不同产地的对叶百部中百部生物碱成分,分析不同产地对叶百部生物碱成分的差异性。方法:采用薄层色谱法,以正己烷:三氯甲烷:甲醇(15∶8∶2)展开,碘化铋钾显色,对10个产地对叶百部中的对叶百部生物碱进行比较分析。结果:TLC显示与对照品对应位置显示相同颜色的棕红色斑点,各个样品斑点数量不同,斑点大小也不同,10个产地对叶百部中生物碱成分存在较大差异。结论:对叶百部含生物碱成分与生长环境有较大相关性。
Objective:Discussing the identification method of TLC of S t e m o n a t u b e r o s e Lour.Wi th tuberostemonices acting as reference substance and through the comparison between alkaloidal in Stemona tuberose Lour from different producing areas,the otherness of the alkaloidal in Stemona tuberose Lour is illustrated.Methods:Using TLC,which mixes n-hexane,trichloromethane and methyl alcohol in the proportion of 15∶8∶2 to make bismuth potassium iodide develop to compare the content of tuberostemonices from ten producing areas,then a comparison analysis is conducted.Results:It shows that the amount and intensity of the spots of the samples are different using TLC and there is a relatively big difference between its contents of tuberostemonices collected from ten different producing areas.Conclusions:the content of tuberostemonices is relatively close related to its growing environment.
