摘要
改革开放以来,中国交通基础设施建设经历了服务于工业化建设、新型工业化建设、新型城镇化建设以及构建新发展格局四个发展阶段,不断提升自身对交通运输需求的适配性,为建设交通强国提供了坚实基础。新时代新征程下交通强国的主要特征包括提升交通运输质量、织密交通网络以及发展可持续交通。建设交通强国对实现中国式现代化具有重要支撑作用,主要体现在立足于服务人民美好生活,立足于促进全体人民共同富裕,立足于筑牢现代化物质基础,立足于人与自然和谐共生,立足于维护和平与发展。为了充分发挥交通强国建设对中国式现代化的支撑作用,需要解决交通基础设施发展不平衡不充分的问题,优化交通运输空间布局,推进城乡交通运输一体化发展,构建绿色交通体系,完善跨境交通系统。
Since the reform and opening up,China's transportation infrastructure construction has gone through four development stages,including serving industrialization stage,serving new-type industrialization stage,serving new-type urbanization stage and serving new development pattern stage.It constantly improves its adaptability to transportation demand,and provides a solid foundation for building a country with great transportation strength.The main characteristics of a country with great transportation strength in the new era and new journey include improving the quality of transportation,developing a tightly woven transportation network,and pushing on sustainable transportation.Building a country with great transportation strength plays an important role in supporting the realization of Chinese path to modernization,which is mainly reflected in serving the people's better life,promoting common prosperity for all the people,strengthening the material foundation of modernization,achieving harmonious coexistence between mankind and nature,and maintaining peace and development.In order to give full play to the role of building a country with great transportation strength in supporting Chinese path to modernization,it is necessary to solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development of transportation infrastructure,optimize the spatial layout of transportation,promote the integrated development of urban and rural transportation,build a green transportation system,and improve the cross-border transportation system.
