摘要
目的分析广西水痘减毒活疫苗(Var V)疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)发生特征。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集2020-2022年广西Var V AEFI个案,描述性分析其报告发生率及分布特征。结果2020-2022年广西共报告Var V AEFI个案91例,年均报告发生率为39.74/100万剂次,其中一般反应、异常反应、偶合症分别为占69.23%(63例)、24.18%(22例)和6.59%(6例),报告发生率分别为27.51/100万剂次、9.61/100万剂次、2.62/100万剂次。病例中男女比为1.39∶1,≤1岁占41.76%,4-6月报告占36.27%,2022年第2剂次AEFI所占比例(60.00%)明显高于2020年(19.35%)和2021年(23.33%)。报告发生率居前3位的地区分别是柳州市(62.33/100万剂次)、崇左市(57.32/100万剂次)和桂林市(56.35/100万剂次)。22例异常反应的临床诊断中,年均报告发生率最高的是过敏性皮疹(4.80/100万剂次)。结论广西Var V AEFI报告发生率较低,各地应该重点关注过敏性反应的发生情况。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of adverse events following immunization(AEFI)of varicella attenuated live vaccine in Guangxi.Methods The VarV AEFI cases in Guangxi from 2020 to 2022 were collected through the Chinese Information System for Disease Control and Prevention,and the distribution and reported incidence of AEFI were descriptively analyzed.Results A total of 91 cases of VarV AEFI were reported in Guangxi from 2020 to 2022,with an annual average reported incidence of 39.74 per 10 doses.The general reaction,abnormal reaction,and coincidental events accounted for 69.23%(63 cases),24.18%(22 cases)and 6.59%(6 cases)of the total cases,with the reported incidence rates of 27.51 per 10°doses,9.61 per 10 doses,and 2.62 per 10°doses,respectively.The ratio of male to female was 1.39:1,and the cases≤1 years old accounted for 41.76%.The cases reported from April to June accounted for 36.27%.The proportion of 2nd dose AEFI in 2022(60.00%)was distinctly higher than those in 2020(19.35%)and 2012(23.33%).The cities with top 3 reported incidences were Liuzhou city(62.33 per 10°doses),Chongzuo city(57.32 per 106 doses)and Guilin city(56.35 per 10°doses).Of the 22 cases with abnormal reaction,allergic reactive diseases had the highest annual reported incidence(4.80 per 10°doses).Conclusions The reported incidence of VarV AEFI in Guangxi is low,and all regions should still focus on the occurrence of allergic reactions.
