摘要
目的 分析2020年中国疑似预防接种异常反应(Adverse event following immunization, AEFI)监测情况。方法 通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集2020年所有上市后和紧急使用疫苗的接种剂次数和AEFI个案信息,描述性分析AEFI发生特征和报告发生率。结果 2020年中国共报告226 320例AEFI,总报告发生率为40.94/10万剂;其中一般反应、异常反应分别占92.54%、5.90%,报告发生率分别为37.89/10万剂、2.41/10万剂。在异常反应中,过敏性皮疹、血管性水肿、卡介苗淋巴结炎分别占82.69%(11 033例)、2.41%(322例)、2.06%(275例),报告发生率分别为2.00/10万剂、0.06/10万剂、2.34/10万剂。结论 2020年中国AEFI报告发生率略有下降,不良反应仍以一般反应为主,严重异常反应极其罕见。
Objective To analyze surveillance data on adverse events following immunization(AEFIs) in China in 2020.Methods We obtained data on AEFI cases and vaccination doses of all vaccines approved for post-marketing or emergency use in 2020 from the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention. We analyzed characteristics and reported incidences of AEFIs using descriptive epidemiological method.Results A total of 226 320 AEFI cases were reported in China in 2020, yielding an incidence of 40.94 cases per 100 000 doses. Among all AEFIs, common and rare adverse reactions accounted for 92.54% and 5.90%, respectively, with reported incidences being 37.89 and 2.41 per 100 000 doses. Anaphylactic rash, angioedema, and lymphadenitis associated with BCG vaccination accounted for 82.69%(11 033 cases), 2.41%(322 cases), and 2.06%(275 cases) of rare adverse reactions, with reported incidences being 2.00, 0.06, and 2.34 per 100 000 doses.Conclusions The reported incidence of AEFIs decreased slightly in China in 2020. Most adverse reactions were mild, and serious adverse reactions were very rare.
