摘要
总结张珍玉论治胃脘痛的学术经验。张珍玉明确了目前临床胃脘痛的发病特点,治疗胃脘痛辨证灵活,以脏腑辨证为纲,体现了重视调理脏腑关系,五脏兼顾,尤其重视脾胃与肝关系的学术理念。张珍玉认为土得木而达,“气滞”是胃脘痛的基本病机,胃脘痛之治以气为主、调气为首、治肝为要;并提出了以复中气升降协调为用,从肝辨治胃脘痛的学术理念。
Summarize the Zhang Zhenyu's academic experience in treating epigastric pain.Zhang Zhenyu clarified the current clinical characteristics of epigastric pain,and the treatment of epigastric pain is flexible and based on the syndrome differentiation of viscera,which reflected the academic concept of paying attention to the regulation of the relationship of viscera,taking into account the five viscera,especially the relationship between spleen,stomach and liver.Zhang Zhenyu believes that the earth can be reached by wood,and"Qi stagnation"is the basic pathogenesis of epigastric pain,and the treatment of epigastric pain is based on Qi,regulating Qi is the priority,treating the liver is the key,then the academic concept about restore the coordination of middle Qi rise and fall,and the syndrome differentiation of liver in treating epigastric pain is put forward.
