摘要
以中医人才培养为核心,以中医诊疗能力培养为根本,建立培养学生辨证论治思维和诊治能力的教学模式一直是中医教育的重点。“理法方药”只有在中医思维的指导下才能达到“药到病除”的诊疗效果。因此,基于中医思维培养的“理法方药”知识串联教学模式构建是中医人才培养的重要环节之一。本文从背景、核心内涵、实施策略和注意事项四个方面对中医思维理念下的“理法方药”知识串联教学模式构建进行论述,为基于中医思维的知识串联教学模式建设提供积极的指导规范。
With the cultivation of TCM talents as the core and cultivation of ability on TCM diagnosis and treatment as the foundation,the establishment of a teaching model to cultivate students thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment and diagnosis and treatment ability has always been the focus of TCM education.Only under the guidance of TCM thinking can the approach of theory-method-prescription-medicine achieve the diagnosis and treatment effect of as medicines take effect,symptoms lessen.Therefore,the construction of the knowledge concatenation teaching mode of theory-method-prescription-medicine based on the cultivation of TCM thinking is one of the important links in cultivation of TCM talents.The paper discusses the construction of knowledge concatenation teaching mode of theory-method-prescription-medicine under the concept of TCM thinking from four aspects:background,connotation,core mission,implementation strategy and precaution,so as to provide positive guidance and norms for the construction of knowledge concatenation teaching mode based on TCM thinking.
