摘要
通过对全国统编中医诊断学1~9版教材进行梳理,探讨现代中医诊断理论辨证体系中脏腑辨证的变迁。脏腑辨证独立于脏腑经络体系,其涵盖内容和表述形式上均有改变,同时证型也在不断地整合与扩增。通过对脏腑辨证的演变和发展的梳理,提出运用阴阳五行的动态演变观完善中诊理论辨证体系。
By analyzing the national textbooks of Chinese Medicine Diagnostics 1st to 9th edition, the authors explore the change of Zang-fu viscera syndrome differentiation in modem Chinese medicine diagnostic theory system. Zang-fu viscera syndrome differentiation is independent of Zang-fu viscera-channel system, and it changes in the aspects of contents and presentation forms. Meanwhile, syndrome types integrate and amplify constantly. By reviewing the evolution and development of Zang-fu viscera syndrome differentiation, the authors put forward that using the dynamic evolution view of Yin-Yang and five-phase to improve the syndrome differentiation system of Chinese medi- cine diagnostic theory.
