摘要
老年糖尿病患者体内存在的胰岛素抵抗(IR)会引起糖代谢紊乱及血脂代谢异常,诱发糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病足溃疡、冠心病、糖尿病酮症酸中毒等并发症,导致预后不良。甘油三酯葡萄糖(TyG)指数由三酰甘油及血糖计算得出,可用于评估机体IR情况,与老年糖尿病相关并发症密切相关,临床可通过TyG指数评估老年糖尿病相关并发症的发生情况,并指导临床治疗方案的制订。但对于TyG指数预测老年糖尿病患者长期并发症发生风险的价值还需要未来长期大量研究的明确。
The insulin resistance(IR)existing in the elderly diabetic patients can cause glucose metabolism disorder and abnormal lipid metabolism,induce complications such as diabetic retinopathy,diabetic nephropathy,diabetic foot ulcer,coronary heart disease,diabetic ketoacidosis,and lead to poor prognosis.The triglyceride glucose(TyG)index is calculated from triacylglycerol and blood glucose,which can be used to assess the body′s IR status,and is closely related to the elderly diabetes related complications.The TyG index can be used to assess the incidence of elderly diabetes related complications,and guide the development of clinical treatment plans.However,the value of the TyG index in predicting the risk of long-term complications in elderly patients with diabetes still needs to be clarified by a large number of long-term studies in the future.
