摘要
目的探究温经汤联合毫火针对虚寒瘀阻型白癜风患者皮损色素、反射式皮肤激光共聚焦扫描显微镜(RCM)评分的影响。方法选取湘南学院附属医院2022年1月-2022年10月期间收治的74例虚寒瘀阻型白癜风患者为研究对象,随机分为A组、B组,每组各37例,均实施基础治疗,在此基础上分别应用温经汤、温经汤联合毫火针治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后中医证候积分、皮损色素评分、RCM评分及不良反应。结果B组治疗有效率较A组高(P<0.05);治疗前B组中医证候积分水平与A组相近(P>0.05),治疗后两组中医证候积分水平均较治疗前低,且B组低于A组(P<0.05);治疗前B组皮损色素评分水平与A组相近(P>0.05),治疗后两组皮损色素评分均较治疗前低,且B组低于A组(P<0.05);治疗前B组RCM评分与A组相近(P>0.05),治疗后两组RCM评分均较治疗前低,且B组低于A组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论对虚寒瘀阻型白癜风患者应用温经汤联合毫火针治疗,可提升治疗效果、降低中医证候积分,并降低皮损色素、RCM评分,且治疗安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the effects of Wenjing Tang combined with Haohuo Acupuncture on skin pigment and reflective skin confocal scanning microscope(RCM)scores in patients with vitiligo of deficiency cold stasis type.Method 74 patients with vitiligo of deficiency cold stasis type admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into Group A and Group B,with 37 patients in each group receiving basic treatment.On this basis,they were treated with Wenjing Tang or Wenjing Tang combined with Haohuo Acupuncture.The treatment effects,TCM symptom scores,skin lesion pigment scores,RCM scores,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result The effective rate of treatment in Group B was higher than that in Group A(P<0.05);before treatment,the TCM symptom score level in Group B was similar to that in Group A(P>0.05),after treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups were lower than before treatment,and Group B was lower than Group A(P<0.05);before treatment,the level of skin pigmentation score in Group B was similar to that in Group A(P>0.05),after treatment,the skin pigmentation scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and Group B was lower than Group A(P<0.05);before treatment,the RCM score of Group B was similar to that of Group A(P>0.05),after treatment,the RCM scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and Group B was lower than Group A(P<0.05);no significant adverse reactions were observed during the treatment of both groups.Conclusion The application of Wenjing Tang combined with Haohuo Acupuncture in the treatment of vitiligo patients with deficiency cold and blood stasis can improve the treatment effect,reduce the integral of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,and reduce skin pigmentation and RCM scores,with good treatment safety.
