摘要
黄褐斑是一种临床常见的获得性色素增加性皮肤病,好发于面部曝光部位。其确切发病机制尚不清楚,且治疗困难、易与复发。近年来,皮肤镜、反射式共聚焦显微镜等皮肤影像技术已广泛应用于黄褐斑的诊断与病情评估,为黄褐斑的分型、分期及疗效监测提供了客观、准确的辅助工具。本文将对皮肤影像技术在黄褐斑诊断与评估中的应用进行综述。
Melasma is a common acquired hyperpigmented disease,usually occurs symmetrically in facial exposure areas.The exact pathogenesis remains unclear,and it is often therapeutically challenging and prone to recurrence.In recent years,skin imaging techniques,such as dermoscopy and reflectance confocal microscopy,have been widely used in the diagnosis and evaluation of melasma,providing objective and accurate auxiliary tools for the classification,staging and therapeutic response monitoring of melasma.The application of skin imaging techniques in the diagnosis and evaluation of melasma was reviewed in this paper.
