摘要
目的探讨CO_(2)点阵激光联合卤米松乳膏封包与308 nm准分子治疗手足部位白癜风是否有效。方法收集手足部位的白癜风患者,采用随机数字表法加入治疗组(CO_(2)点阵激光后卤米松乳膏封包联合308nm准分子光组)40例,对照组(308 nm准分子光组)40例,对皮损进行分期,记治疗前、中、后的皮损变化情况,治疗周期为20周。结果治疗组和对照组稳定期皮损有效率分别为83.33%、75.00%,明显高于进展期皮损的58.82%和31.25%。对于进展期皮损,治疗组和对照组在第10周时的有效率分别为38.24%、25.00%,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;当第20周时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CO_(2)点阵激光后卤米松乳膏封包联合308nm准分子光治疗手足部位白癜风有效,随着治疗周期的延长,逐渐优于单独308nm准分子光的治疗。
Objective To explore whether fractional CO_(2)laser combined with halometasone cream package and 308 nm excimer are effective in treating vitiligo in the hand and foot area.Methods Collect the patients with vitiligo in the hand and foot area,use random number table method to join the treatment group(fractional CO_(2)laser halometasone cream package combined with 308 nm excimer light group)fourty cases,control group(308 nm excimer light group)40 cases The skin lesions were staged,and the changes in the skin lesions before,during,and after treatment were recorded.The treatment period was 20 weeks.Results The effective rates of stable skin lesions in the treatment group and control group were 83.33%and 75.00%,which were significantly higher than 58.82%and 31.25%in advanced skin lesions.For advanced skin lesions,the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group at the 10 th week were 38.24%and 25.00%,respectively,P>0.05,which was not statistically significant;at the 20 th week,P<0.05,suggesting the two groupsThere are statistical differences.Conclusion The combination of fractional CO_(2)laser halmethasone cream and 308 nm excimer light is effective in treating vitiligo in the hand and foot area.With the extension of the treatment period,it is gradually superior to the treatment of 308 nm excimer light alone.
