摘要
为探讨不同海拔高度对香榧果实品质的影响,以同一香榧产区4个不同海拔段(300、600、800和1000 m)采集的香榧果实为研究对象,测定香榧果实和果核的外观性状和果核的营养性状指标,并运用SPSS 19.0进行相关性分析和主成分分析;同时建立其果实品质综合评价模型,对各海拔区段香榧果实品质进行综合评价。结果表明:果长、果径、单核质量、核长、核径、核含水率、油酸等香榧果实品质指标与海拔高度呈现极显著或显著正相关性,相关系数分别为0.832、0.619、0.637、0.917、0.622、0.881和0.885;含仁率、含油率、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、亚油酸、二十碳二烯酸与海拔高度呈现极显著负相关性,相关系数分别为﹣0.852、﹣0.780、﹣0.720、﹣0.708、﹣0.862和﹣0.700;而单果质量、核型指数、出核率、粗蛋白、亚麻酸、二十碳烯酸等指标与海拔相关性不显著。通过主成分分析,提取4个主成分因子,建立不同海拔香榧果实品质综合评价模型F_(综合)=0.494 F1+0.237 F2+0.153 F3+0.116 F4,计算不同海拔香榧果实品质综合评价得分表现为1000 m>800 m>600 m>300 m。海拔高度对多个香榧果实品质指标均有显著或极显著影响,综合各指标影响因素,香榧果实综合品质高海拔区段最优。
To explore the effect of different altitudes on the fruit quality of Torreya grandis‘Merrillii’,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the high-quality cultivation of T.grandis‘Merrillii’,fruits of T.grandis‘Merrillii’collected at 4 different altitudes(300,600,800 and 1000 m)in a T.grandis‘Merrillii’production area were used as the research object,the appearance characters of the T.grandis‘Merrillii’fruit and its seed,and the nutritional properties of the seed were tested and analyzed through correlation analysis and principal component analysis with SPSS19.0.Meanwhile,a comprehensive evaluation model for fruit quality was established to make a com-prehensive evaluation of T.grandis‘Merrillii’fruits from different altitudes.The results showed that:T.grandis‘Merrillii’fruit quality indicators as the fruit length,fruit diameter,seed weight,seed length,seed diameter,seed moisture percentage,oleic acid and so on showed extremely significant or significant positive correlations with the altitude,and the correlation coefficients of each were 0.832,0.619,0.637,0.917,0.622,0.881 and 0.885,cor-respondingly;indicators as the kernel percentage,oil content,palmitic acid,stearic acid,linoleic acid and eicosa-dienoic acid showed significant negative correlations with the altitude,and the correlation coefficients of each were﹣0.852,﹣0.780,﹣0.720,﹣0.708,﹣0.862 and﹣0.700,respectively;however,indicators as the fruit weight,karyotype index,nucleation rate,crude protein,linolenic acid,eicosenoic acid,etc..showed no significant correla-tion with the altitude.Performing the principal component analysis,the comprehensive evaluation model of T.grandis‘Merrillii’fruit quality at different altitudes were Fcomprehensive=0.494 F1+0.237 F2+0.153 F3+0.116 F4,and the comprehensive evaluation scores of T.grandis‘Merrillii’fruit quality at different altitudes showed the sequence as 1000 m>800 m>600 m>300 m.Altitude has a significant or extremely significant effect on mul-tiple T.grandis‘Merrillii’fruit quality indicators.Taking different influencing factors into consideration,T.gran-dis‘Merrillii’fruits from the high altitude section have the best comprehensive quality.
