摘要
目的:观察透刺法联合耳穴贴压辅治突发性耳聋肝火上扰型的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例,两组均用西药治疗,观察组加用透刺法联合耳穴贴压治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组纯音听阈值低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组临床症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组耳鸣、耳聋、眩晕中医证候积分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:透刺法联合耳穴贴压辅治肝火上扰型突发性耳聋疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of penetration needling combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of sudden deafness with liver fire disturbance type.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine,and the observation group were treated with penetration needling combined with auricular point sticking in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pure tone hearing threshold of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of tinnitus,deafness and vertigo in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Penetration needling combined with auricular point sticking is effective in the treatment of sudden deafness with liver fire disturbance.
