摘要
目的:分析综合护理应用于突发性聋患者中的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月平阴县人民医院收治的突发性聋患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生理职能、心理职能、社会功能、物质情况评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论:综合护理应用于突发性聋患者中的效果显著,能够缓解负性情绪,提高生活质量,减少并发症,值得临床应用并予以推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with sudden deafness.Methods:A total of 80 patients with sudden deafness admitted to Pingyin People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divide them into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological function,psychological function,social function and material status in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing has a significant effect in patients with sudden deafness,and can alleviate negative emotions,improve quality of life,and reduce complications,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
