摘要
目的 通过对突发性耳聋患者在进行西药常规治疗的基础上辅助应用灸法及耳穴压豆中医技术,研究其临床疗效.方法 选择2018年3月—2019年3月于荣成市中医院就诊的76例突发性耳聋住院患者为研究对象.其中对照组36例,治疗组40例,两组基础用药均为扩血管剂、改善微循环、营养神经药物、高压氧治疗.治疗组加用耳穴压豆(取心、肾、内耳)、灸法(取合谷、听宫、足三里)辅助治疗.比较两组治疗前后耳鸣、听力、眩晕有效率、消失时间;听阈值、耳鸣评分、气导听力检查、不同的时间段疗效、总体有效率比较进行分析.结果 治疗后两组听力、听阈值、听力有效率及总有效率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而耳鸣、眩晕的总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 灸法、耳穴压豆辅助治疗突发性耳聋在临床治疗突发性耳聋的过程中,能显著提升患者听阈值,可显著增强突发性耳聋治疗效果,有效地节约了医疗资源,并有效地保障了患者的安全与健康,可值得推广.
Objective To study the clinical effect of patients with sudden deafness by applying moxibustion and acupointpressing traditional Chinese medicine techniques of acupoint-pressing on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.Methods 76 patients with sudden deafness who were treated in Rongcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects.There were 36 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the treatment group.The basic medications in both groups were vasodilators,microcirculation improvement,neurotrophic drugs,and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The treatment group was supplemented with auricular acupressure(coring,kidney,inner ear)and moxibustion(take Hegu,Tingong,Zusanli).The effectiveness of tinnitus,hearing,dizziness,and disappearance time of the two groups before and after treatment were compared;the hearing threshold,tinnitus score,air conduction hearing test,efficacy at different time periods,and overall effectiveness were analyzed.Results After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups in hearing,hearing threshold,hearing effectiveness and total effectiveness(P<0.05);but there were no significant differences in the total effectiveness of tinnitus and vertigo(P>0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion and adjuvant auricular acupoint pressure therapy in the treatment of sudden deafness can significantly improve the patient's hearing threshold during clinical treatment of sudden deafness,can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect of sudden deafness,and effectively save medical resources.And effectively protect the safety and health of patients,it which is worth promoting.
