目标管理教学法用于肛肠科临床医生带教中的有效性 被引量:1

摘要 目的针对目标管理教学法用于肛肠科临床医生带教中的有效性进行研究。方法选择2019年12月—2022年2月重庆医科大学附属永川医院肛肠科的专培医生60名作为本次的研究对象,按照专培医生的基本资料将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组专培医生实施传统带教法带教,观察组专培医生实施目标管理教学法带教,针对两组专培医生的理论知识、操作技能、综合能力以及对带教工作的评价等指标进行对比分析。结果在本次研究中,观察组专培医生的理论知识评分、操作技能评分、综合能力评分均高于对照组实习生的成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组专培医生对带教老师的各项指标评价得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肛肠科临床医生带教中,采用目标管理教学法进行带教,可以提高专培医生的理论知识和操作技能,同时还可以提高专培医生对带教工作的满意度,整体带教满意度较高,有较高的应用价值。 Objective To study the effectiveness of management by objective teaching method in the teaching of anorectal clinicians.Methods From December 2019 to February 2022,a total of 60 specialist standardized training doctors in anorectal department of Yongchuan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the basic data of the specialist standardized training doctors.In the control group,the traditional teaching method was applied to training doctors,while in the observation group,the target management teaching method was applied to training doctors.The theoretical knowledge,operational skills,comprehensive ability and evaluation of the teaching work of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In this study,the scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills and comprehensive ability of specialist standardized training doctors in the observation group were higher than those of interns in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of all indexes evaluated by trained doctors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of anorectal clinicians,adopting the goal management teaching method can improve the theoretical knowledge and operating skills of the specialist standardized training doctors,and can also improve the satisfaction of the specialist standardized training doctors or the regular trained doctors with the teaching work.The overall teaching satisfaction is high,which has high application value.
