摘要
目的探讨翻转课堂联合案例教学法在农村医学专业内科学教学中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018级农村医学专业80名学生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用翻转课堂联合案例教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。将两组学生的理论考试成绩、教学满意度和教学效果评价进行比较。结果观察组学生的理论考试成绩和案例分析题得分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的教学总满意度以及教学效果评价明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂联合案例教学法应用在农村医学专业内科学教学中,能帮助学生更好地掌握和消化课堂知识,提高学习效率,增强团队协作能力,促进师生之间的交流与互动,活跃课堂气氛,激发学生主动学习的兴趣,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,开拓临床思维,值得在内科学教学中推广。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of flipped classroom combined with case teaching method to the teaching of internal medicine in the discipline of rural medicine.Methods A total of 80 students majoring in rural medicine of grade 2018 in our college were selected as the subjects of research and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method.The observation group received flipped classroom combined with case teaching method,while the control group received traditional teaching method.The theoretical test scores,satisfaction with teaching and evaluation of teaching effect were compared between the two groups of students.Results The theoretical test scores and scores of case analysis questions of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with teaching and evaluation of teaching effect of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flipped classroom combined with case teaching method to the teaching of internal medicine in the discipline of rural medicine can help students master and grasp classroom knowledge better,improve learning efficiency,enhance team cooperation ability,promote communication and interaction between teachers and students,activate classroom atmosphere,stimulate students'interest in active learning,cultivate students'ability to analyze and solve problems and expand clinical thinking.It is worthy of promotion in the teaching of internal medicine.
