摘要 以菏泽发电厂二期汽轮机组为研究案例,对300 MW发电机组2台磨煤机运行方式进行分析研究。采取完善磨煤机保护逻辑,提高送风及磨煤机自动调节灵敏性,调整后炉膛卫燃带面积,增加磨煤机燃烧器之间增加联络及油枪改进等措施。可在低负荷阶段保持最少的磨煤机运转,提升锅炉燃烧稳定性,实现节能降耗。 Taking the second phase steam turbine unit of Heze power plant as a research case,the operation mode of two coal mills of a 300 MW power generation unit is analyzed and studied.Measures such as improving the protection logic of the coal mills,improving the sensitivity of air supply and automatic adjustment of the coal mills,adjusting the area of the furnace combustion belt,increasing the connection between the coal mill burners and improving the oil gun are taken.It is possible to maintain minimal coal mill operation during the low load stage,improve the boiler combustion stability and achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.
