ANALYSIS ABOUT OPERATION PERFORMACE OF ZGM 113 TYPE MEDIUM SPEED COAL PULVERIZER AND RETROFIT THEREOF

摘要 ZGM113(MPS)型中速磨煤机具有制粉单耗低,对负荷变动响应快,便于实现自动控制等技术优势,正逐步成为大型火电机组的制粉设备的配置之一。但是,在实际运行中,ZGM113磨煤机存在加载压力大,磨辊及衬瓦磨损快,一次风管磨损严重,设备检修维护成本高等问题。对此,提出了将磨煤机的一次风环风口由36个增加到42个,减少一次风环通流面积10%,降低磨煤机加载压力,采用新型耐磨材料等改造方案。实施后磨煤机一次风管流速由29 m/s降至26.1 m/s,制粉单耗下降了1.2 kWh/t,制粉经济性明显提高。 The ZGM 113 type medium speed coal pulverizer boasts technical superiorities, such as tow energy consumption, rapid response to load variation,and easy to realize automatic control, etc. ,gradually becoming the mainstream auxiliary equipment used for large-capacity thermal power units. But problems existing in practical operation are: large loading pressure, rapid wornout of rollers and lining shoe,serious wornout of the primary air pipe, and high cost in repair and maintenance of equipment. For these,a retrofit scheme has been put forward,including increase of air openings on primary air ring from 36 to I2,decreasing 10 % flow-passage area of primary air ring, reducing the loading pressure of the coal pulverizer,adopting new type wear - resisting materials etc.. After imple mentation,the flow velocity in primary air pipe of the coal pulverizer has decreased from 29 m/s to 26.1 m/s,the energy consumption for coal pulverizing being decreased By 1.2 kW· h/t,enhancing remarkably the economic efficiency for coal pulverizing.
