摘要
针对某电厂锅炉发生的灭火事件,从运行调整、煤质、制粉系统运行方式、二次风配比、动力场等方面查找出不足,并且制定可行的防范措施,进一步防止灭火事件的发生,减轻锅炉损失。严格执行这些措施后,灭火现象未再发生,保证了机组安全运行。
In allusion to an outfire incident occurred in the boiler of a certain power plant,the deficiencies are found from the aspects of operation adjustment,coal quality,operation mode of coal pulverizing system,secondary air distribution ratio,power field and so on,and feasible countermeasures are worked out to further prevent the outfire incidents and reduce the loss of boiler.After the strict implementation of these measures,the outfire incident did not occur again,ensuring the safe operation of the unit.
