摘要
数字化技术影响,企业人力资源管理工作,企业的优化改革要积极地推动企业人力资源管理模式的数字化转型,加强企业内部人才队伍建设。而企业人力资源的数字化改革也将不断提高企业人力资源管理工作质量,通过数字化发展为企业带来发展机遇。基于TOE框架下,从技术,组织,环境三方面作为驱动要素,打破企业发展中人力资源管理工作的瓶颈,构建TOE框架下企业人力资源管理的数字化体系。
In the era of digital development,human resource management is the key work of enterprise management.The optimization and reform of enterprises should actively promote the digital transformation of human resource management mode and strengthen the construction of internal talent team.The digital reform of human resources will improve the quality of human resources management,and bring development opportunities to enterprises through digital development.In the meanwhile,enterprises will be facing development challenges as well.For breaking through the bottleneck of human resource management in enterprise development,target digital system under TOE framework should be constructed by taking technology,organization and environment as driving factors.
