摘要
“新零售”商业模式作为当前推动零售业创新发展和促进消费升级的关键着力点,在理论研究及实践探索方面都有了一定程度的积淀与突破。因此,基于国内“新零售”研究的脉络和特点,以基本属性和升级演进为主线,从概念界定、产生背景、价值考量、理论基础、创新路径、发展趋势六大方面,对“新零售”的现有文献进行了系统梳理与分析。根据“新零售”的发展历程和实践动向,指出“新零售”与数字经济的融合互动、自身的创新演化和迭代进程、在下沉市场的推广演绎等,应成为理论界进一步重点关注的方向。
At present,as the key focus to promote the innovative development of China's retail industry and the upgrading of consumption,the"new retail"business model has accumulated some experience and achieved breakthrough to a certain extent in both theoretical research and practical exploration.Therefore,based on the context and characteristics of the domestic"new retail"research,taking the basic attributes and upgrading evolution as the main line,this paper systematically combs and analyzes the existing literature of"new retail"from six aspects:concept definition,background,value consideration,theoretical basis,innovation path and development trend.At the same time,from the perspective of the development process and practice trend of the"new retail",it is pointed out that the integration and interaction between"new retail"and digital economy,its innovation evolution and iterative process,and its promotion and development in the sinking market should become the focus of further researches in the theoretical circle.
