摘要
城市更新大势之下,具备大量历史遗存、受到政策支持的典型历史文化街区的保护与更新备受瞩目、发展迅猛,但与之相对的非典型历史文化街区常常被忽视。众多案例表明,一定条件下,非典型历史文化街区可能通过积极保护与更新,成为典型历史文化街区,也可能因消极管理转向商业化或熵增化发展。但这些转化路径存在名不副实、过度商业化、过度熵增化的困境。从更新理念、制度体系、评估体系、发展模式角度对此类现象进行分析,为进一步优化非典型历史文化街区转化与发展机制提供借鉴。
Under the general trend of urban renewal,the protection and renewal of typical historical and cultural blocks with a large number of historical reEcs and policy support have attracted much attention and developed rapidly,but non-typical historical and cultural blocks have been ignored frequently.Many practical cases have shown that under certain conditions,non-typical historical and cultural blocks may become typical historical and cultural blocks through active protection and renewal,or they may choose commercialization or entropy increase development due to negative management.However,these transfonnation paths have the dilemma of name and reality,excessive commercialization,and excessive entropy increase.It can be analyzed from the perspective of updating concepts,institutional systems,evaluation systems,and development models,providing reference for further optimizing the transformation and development mechanism of atypical historical and cultural blocks.
