摘要
转型已经成为当今经济、社会、政治与城市研究的一个国际化语境,中国的发展转型更是国际研究中的一个热点领域。作为社会经济活动过程的空间投影,自改革开放以来,中国的城市空间结构在巨大的体制转型过程中发生着激烈的变迁和重组。已有城市空间重构理论从经济学、社会学、政治学等不同视角对城市工业布局、企业区位调整以及工业空间(再)生产现象作出了较好解释。但是中国城市制度—经济—社会的多重转型,推动了城市从物质空间到社会空间的全面重构,在市场化与旧有制度的历史惯性这两股力量的共同作用下,中国城市转型与空间重构的过程更加复杂、更具中国特色。本文在梳理已有理论与实证研究基础上,对转型时期中国城市工业空间重构过程进行回顾,分别从经济学、社会学与政治学视角对国内外城市工业空间重构的驱动机理研究进行综述,并对目前城市工业空间重构研究中存在不足及未来方向进行讨论,以期为后续研究提供借鉴。
Transition has become a dominant international context for today’s economic,social,political and urban research,in which China represents as a frontier for study.As the spatial projection of social and economic activities,China’s urban spatial structure has been undergoing drastic changes and restructuring amid the dramatic institutional transformation process since the reform and opening up in late 1980s.Orthodox theories of urban restructuring intercept the pattern of urban manufacturing,enterprise(re)location,as well as space(re)production from different disciplines ranging from economics,sociology,political science and others.However,China’s multiple transitions demand a more comprehensive conceptualization framework.With the combination of the effects of market-oriented reform and historical path dependency,the process of China’s urban transition and spatial restructuring is much more complicated and has more Chinese characteristics.Based on the analysis of existing theoretical and empirical studies,this article reviews the pros and cons of relevant theories on the driving mechanisms.It then concludes with discussions and future prospects.
