摘要
针对目前写字机器人存在的智能化水平低、难以独立运行等问题,在常规写字机器人的基础上,利用机器视觉和嵌入式技术设计了基于机器视觉的CoreXY结构写字机器人。该写字机器人的机械结构采用CoreXY运动结构,硬件电路由主机、从机、运动驱动、图像采集、人机交互等模块构成,软件设计采用了带有梯形加减速过程的Bresenham直线插补算法、基于OpenCV的文字识别算法以及结合QT设计的上位机控制软件。测试结果表明,该设计能够正确进行文字识别以及准确完成写字。
Aiming at the problems of low intelligent level and difficult to operate independently of the current writing robot, based on the functions of the conventional writing robot, a corexy structure writing robot based on machine vision is designed by using machine vision and embedded technology. The mechanical structure of the writing robot adopts corexy motion structure, and the hardware circuit is composed of host, slave, motion drive, image acquisition, human-computer interaction and other modules. The software design adopts Bresenham linear interpolation algorithm with trapezoidal acceleration and deceleration process, character recognition algorithm based on OpenCV and host computer control software designed with QT. The test results show that the design can correctly carry out character recognition and accurately complete writing.
