摘要
针对管道工程回填材料不易碾压,压实度不易控制的问题,提出采用流态固化土工厂拌合、泵车运输、现场浇筑回填的工艺。试验段采用两次分层浇筑的工艺,管道未发生上浮、位移,第二天地基承载力特征值可达100kPa以上,7d、28d无侧限抗压强度达0.4MPa、0.8MPa,完全满足管道回填的相关要求,形成了流态固化土回填管道示范案例。
For the pipeline project backfill material is not easy to roll and the compaction degree is not easy to be controlled, the flowable fill process with factory production, transported by tanktruck and poured-in-place is proposed. The test section adopts the process of two layered pouring, and the pipeline does not rise or displace. The characteristic value of the bearing capacity of the foundation on the second day can reach more than 100kPa, and the unconfined compressive strength on 7d and 28d can reach 0.4MPa and 0.8MPa, which fully meet the relevant requirements of pipeline backfilling, and form a demonstration case of the application of flowable fill in pipline project.
