摘要
管道作为市政给排水工程的重要运输载体,当其回填材料为流态土时,不可避免地会受到流态土施加的浮力。一旦浮力过大,会对管道的铺设质量控制带来困难。为了解决相关问题,开展流态土沟槽埋管回填材料对管道浮力的试验研究,获得浮力与阿基米德浮力计算值差异的规律;将流态土黏结力因素引入,推导得出流态土浮力计算公式,提出流态土回填材料沟槽埋管的抗浮设计方法,并应用到实际工程中,验证公式的准确性,填补流态土管道回填抗浮设计的空白。
As an important transportation carrier of municipal water supply&drainage engineering,the pipeline will inevitably be subject to the buoyancy exerted by the fluid soil when its backfill material is fluid soil.Once the buoyancy is too large,it will bring difficulties to the laying quality control of the pipeline.In order to solve the related problems,the experimental study on the buoyancy of the pipeline with the backfill material of the fluid soil trench is carried out,and the law of the difference between the buoyancy&the calculated value of the Archimedes buoyancy is obtained.Based on the calculation formula of the buoyancy of the fluid soil,the anti-floating design method of the trench buried pipe of the fluid soil backfill material is proposed,and it is applied to the actual project,which verifies the accuracy of the formula and fills the blank of the anti-floating design of the fluid soil pipeline backfill.
