摘要
北京朝阳医院东院医疗综合楼基坑开挖面积3.64万m^(2),最大开挖深度16.25m,采用上部土钉墙+下部桩锚联合支护,地下结构边线距护坡桩距离仅0.8~1.0m,肥槽回填工作面小,安全隐患大,雨期回填:土质量难以保证。对此,肥槽采用预拌流态固化土回填加快了施Ⅰ进度,缩短了施工周期,质量稳定无污染,降低了安全隐患。
The excavation area of the foundation pit of the East Hospital of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Medical Complex Building is 36400m^(2),and the maximum excavation depth is 16.25m.The upper soil nail wall+lower pile-anchor combined support is adopted.The distance between the edge line of the underground structure and the slope protection pile is only 0.8~1.0 m.Fertilizer tank backfill has a small working surface and high safety hazards,and it is difficult to guarantee the quality of backfill soil during rainy periods.In this regard,the use of ready-mixed liquid solidif.cation backflling in the fertilizer tank speeds up the construction progress,shortens the construction period,and has stable quality and pollution-free,reducing potential safety hazards.
