摘要
目的 观察益母草胶囊治疗产后子宫复旧不良的临床效果及对产妇月经恢复情况的影响。方法 选取2020年5月-2021年5月永丰县妇幼保健院收治的68例产后子宫复旧不良患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)与观察组(34例)。对照组应用缩宫素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合益母草胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、恶露持续时间、宫缩痛持续时间、子宫体积、血常规指标[红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板计数(PLT)]、月经恢复时间、清宫术实施率及晚期产后出血率。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组恶露持续时间、宫缩痛持续时间短于对照组,子宫体积小于对照组(P<0.05);两组RBC、Hb水平高于治疗前,PLT低于治疗前,且观察组RBC、Hb高于对照组,PLT低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组月经恢复时间短于对照组,清宫术实施率、晚期产后出血率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 益母草胶囊治疗产后子宫复旧不良效果良好,可加快子宫收缩,缩短产妇恢复时间,改善产妇血液状态,降低清宫术实施率与晚期产后出血风险,促进月经恢复,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yimucao capsule in the treatment of postpartum uterine involution and its influence on menstrual recovery.Methods A total of 68 patients with poor postpartum uterine involution admitted to Yongfeng County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into control group(34 cases) and observation group(34 cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with oxytocin, and the observation group was treated with Yimucao capsule on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, duration of lochia, duration of uterine contraction pain, uterine volume, blood routine indexes [red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb), platelet count(PLT)], menstrual recovery time, implementation rate of uterine curettage and late postpartum hemorrhage rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The duration of lochia and uterine contraction pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the uterine volume was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of RBC and Hb in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, while PLT was lower than that before treatment, and the levels of RBC and Hb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while PLT was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). The menstrual recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the implementation rate of uterine curettage and late postpartum hemorrhage rate were lower than those of the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion Yimucao capsule has a good effect in the treatment of postpartum uterine involution, which can accelerate uterine contraction, shorten maternal recovery time, improve maternal blood status, reduce the implementation rate of uterine curettage and the risk of late postpartum hemorrhage, and promote menstrual recovery. It is worthy of clinical application..
