摘要
目的:观察与分析复方益母草胶囊联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗产后恶露不尽临床疗效,为复方益母草胶囊临床应用提供一定参考依据。方法:120例产后恶露不尽患者按照入院治疗时间先后顺序分为治疗组与对照组,各60例。对照组采用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗;治疗组于对照组治疗基础上加用复方益母草胶囊治疗。观察两组患者止血和证候疗效及子宫复旧情况、平均恶露干净时间、不良反应。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者止血有效率和中医证候有效率分别为93.33%(56/60)、96.67%(58/60)明显高于对照组81.67%(49/60)、85.00%(51/60)(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者子宫三径和变化较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),但治疗组下降更为显著(P<0.05)。治疗组平均恶露干净时间为(4.76±1.26)d明显短于对照组(6.48±1.52)d(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中均未发生明显性不良反应。结论:复方益母草胶囊联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗产后恶露不尽,其可加速患者恶露干净,促进子宫复旧,提高临床疗效,且无明显不良反应,具有安全有效等优点,值得推荐应用。
Objective：Observation and analysis clinical curative effect of Fufangyimucao capsule combined with Guizhifuling capsule in the treatment of postpartum lochia endless to provide a reference basis for the clinical application of Fufangyimucao capsule. Methods ： 120 cases of postpartum lochia endless patients in hospitalization time were divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each. The control group used Guizhifuling capsule in the treatment;treatment group was treated with compound Yimucao capsule. 2 groups were observed in patients with bleeding and therapeutic effect of syndrome and uterine invo- lution ,the average time of loehia and adverse reaction. Results ：After treatment ,the patients in the treatment group were hemostatic efficiency and TCM syndromes had efficiency were 93.33 % （56/60） , 96.67% （58/60） which were significantly higher than that in control group 81.67% （49/60） ,85% （51/60） （P 〈0.05） ;the 2 groups after treatment in patients with uterine three size and change decreased （P 〈 0. 05 ） , but the treatment group decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The treatment group average time of lochia was （4.76 ± 1.26 ） d and significantly shorter than that of the control group （ 6.48 ± 1.52 ） d （ P 〈 0.05 ）. 2 groups had no significant adverse reactions. Collusion： Compound Yimucao capsule combined with Guizhifuling capsule in the treatment of postpartum lochia endless. It can accelerate the patients lochia clean, promote uterine involution,improve the clinical efficacy and no significant adverse reactions. It is safe and worth recommending application.
