摘要
为了解江苏省蛋鸡健康养殖现状,分析鸡蛋质量安全影响因素,江苏现代农业(蛋鸡)产业技术体系围绕影响鸡蛋质量安全的主要源头因素,在体系内选择具有代表性的35个蛋鸡养殖示范点开展调研,并对蛋鸡场影响鸡蛋质量安全的基础设施、水源与水线、饲料与兽药、环境等主要源头因素进行分析。由调研结果可知,所调查的养殖场大多数具有较强的生物安全意识,在场门口设有消毒池,生活区、生产区、粪污区分区明显,均能遵守兽药管理条例中产蛋期全程禁用抗生素的规定,但水源、水线的消毒、水质的检测、粪污的无害化处理大多数蛋鸡场尚存在诸多问题。
In order to understand the current situation of healthy breeding of laying hens in Jiangsu Province,and analyze the factors affecting egg quality and safety,Jiangsu modern agricultural(laying hens)industry technology system,centering on the main source factors affecting egg quality and safety,selected 35 demonstrative laying hens breeding sites within the system to conduct research,and analyzed the main source factors affecting egg quality and safety of laying hens,such as infrastructure,water source and waterline,feed and veterinary drugs,and environment.It can be seen from the survey results that most of the farms surveyed have strong biosafety awareness.There are disinfection pools,living quarters,production areas and fecal pollution areas at the entrance of the site,which are clearly zoned.All of them can comply with the provisions of the veterinary drug management regulations that antibiotics are prohibited throughout the egg production period.However,the disinfection of water sources and waterlines,the detection of water quality,and the harmless treatment of fecal pollution.Most of the laying hen farms still have many problems.
