摘要
为充分了解江苏省蛋鸡养殖废弃物处理利用情况,江苏蛋鸡产业技术体系通过现场调查等形式对海安市、盐城市大丰区84家蛋鸡养殖场(户)的养殖模式、粪便处理利用、病死鸡处理等情况进行调研。结果表明:江苏省蛋鸡养殖主要采用刮板和传送带等清粪工艺,鸡粪经简易堆肥处理后主要依托第三方转运还田利用;蛋鸡产蛋期死亡率约为5%~10%,病死鸡处理主要采用填埋法。总体上看,江苏省蛋鸡养殖废弃物处理利用模式较传统,需要加大废弃物处理力度,提高无害化处理水平,降低对环境的影响,实现产业绿色发展。
In order to fully understand the disposal and utilization of laying hens waste in Jiangsu province,the laying hens industrial technology system of Jiangsu province conducted field investigation on 84 laying hens farms(households)in Hai′an and Dafeng District of Yancheng including the breeding mode,manure disposal and utilization,and the disposal of dead chickens.The results showed that scraping board and conveyor belt were the main techniques for removing manure of laying hens.After simple composting treatment,chicken manure was transferred and returned to the field by a third party.The mortality rate of laying hens during laying period was about 5%to 10%,and the dead hens were mainly treated by landfill method.In general,the disposal and utilization mode of laying hens waste in Jiangsu province is relatively traditional,so it is necessary to intensity the waste disposal,improve the level of harmless treatment,reduce environmental impact,and achieve green development of the industry.
