摘要
针对当前劳动教育评价存在的偏重结果性评价、弱化过程性评价、忽视劳动精神培养等现实困境,探讨实践取向的小学劳动教育评价体系构建。实践取向的小学劳动教育评价的目标注重培养实践意识,内容强调形成实践知识,过程重视提高实践能力,结果关注发展实践智慧。基于上述要求,实践取向的小学劳动教育评价应明确目标,发挥导向功能;聚焦素养,优化评价内容;深化体验,强化过程管理;扭转倾向,改进结果评价。
In view of the practical dilemma in current labor education evaluation,such as attaching more importance to summative evaluation,weakening formative evaluation,and neglecting the cultivation of labor spirit,an exploration is made of constructing a practice-orientation evaluation system of primary school labor education.As far as the practice-oriented evaluation of primary school labor education is concerned,its objectives attach importance to the cultivation of practical consciousness,its content emphasizes the formation of practical knowledge,its process emphasizes the improvement of practical ability,and its results focus on the development of practical wisdom.On this basis,the practice-oriented evaluation of primary school labor education should clarify the objectives of labor education evaluation,display the guiding function,focus on literacy,optimize the evaluation content,optimize the evaluation content,deepen the experience,strengthen the process management,reverse the tendency,and improve the evaluation results.
