新时代劳动教育高质量发展的内涵、价值意蕴和路径 被引量:2

摘要 党的二十大提出新时代要继续办好人民满意的教育、加快建设高质量教育体系。回应高质量教育的现实需求,也应当注重社会主义教育体系中的薄弱环节,建设高质量的劳动教育。新时代劳动教育高质量发展不仅是建设高质量教育体系的政策要求,是培养学生完满人格的本质要求,是满足教育促进美好生活的价值诉求,也是办好人民满意教育的现实呼唤。要实现我国劳动教育高质量发展,应坚持党的教育政策方针,为劳动教育高质量发展定向;建设新时代教师队伍,为劳动教育高质量发展过程提供保障;做好课程开发,在实践中高质量发展劳动教育;发挥评价的作用,有效达成劳动教育高质量发展的目标;家校社协同育人,做好劳动教育高质量发展的及时补充。 The Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes that it is necessary to continue to run a satisfactory education for the people and accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system in the new era.Responding to the practical needs of high-quality education,it is also necessary to pay attention to the weak links in the socialist education system and build high-quality labor education.The high-quality development of labor education is not only a policy requirement of building a high-quality education system,an essential requirement of cultivating students'perfect personality,a value appeal of satisfying education to promote a better life in the new era,but also a realistic call of running a satisfactory education for the people.In order to realize the high-quality development of China's labor education,it is necessary to adhere to the Party's education policy guidelines,and orientate the high-quality development of labor education;build a team of teachers to provide guarantee for the high-quality development process of labor education in the new era;do a good job in curriculum development,and develop labor education with high quality in practice;play the role of evaluation to effectively achieve the goal of high-quality development of labor education;and collaborate with family,school and community to do a good job of the timely supplement of the high-quality development of labor education in the cultivation of human resources.
