宽沟矿综放工作面回风巷粉尘粒径分布规律及降尘技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高宽沟矿综采工作面回风巷降尘效果,通过对采煤工作面回风巷不同位置断面人行侧呼吸带高度粉尘采样,经实验室称重处理、粒度分析,得出回风巷人行侧粉尘浓度及粒度分布规律,根据测试结果在回风巷10 m位置处设计断面喷雾,选定喷嘴型号及数量。通过增加断面喷雾拦截,使得回风侧后方呼吸性粉尘浓度降低至7.03 mg/m~3以下,作业环境得到改善。 In order to improve the dust reduction effect of the air return roadway in the fully mechanized mining face in Kuangou mine,the dust concentration and particle size distribution on the side of the pedestrian side were obtained by sampling and measuring the height of the respiratory hand on the side of different location sections of the coal mining face.The dust concentration and particle size distribution of the pedestrian side in the return roadway were obtained.According to the test results,the spray section was designed at the 10 m position of the air return roadway,and the number and type of the nozzle were selected.By increasing the cross section spray interception,the respirable dust concentration in the rear of the air return side is reduced to below 7.03 mg/m3,and the working environment is improved.
