复方中草药对育成期梅花鹿生产性能、营养物质表观消化率和直肠菌群结构的影响 被引量:2

Effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on production performance,apparent nutrient digestibility and rectum microbiota structure of growing sika deer

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮添加复方中草药对育成期梅花鹿生产性能、营养物质表观消化率和直肠菌群结构的影响。选取12头1岁龄体况良好的育成期雄性梅花鹿,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头鹿。对照组(YC组)梅花鹿饲喂基础日粮,试验组(YT组)梅花鹿饲喂在基础日粮中添加10 g/(头·d)复方中草药的日粮。预试期7 d,试验期60 d。结果显示:与YC组相比,YT组梅花鹿的茸重显著提高(P<0.05),粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、有机物和干物质的表观消化率均显著提高(P<0.05),直肠菌群门水平上拟杆菌门和属水平上理研菌科RC9相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05);门水平上厚壁菌门和属水平上瘤胃球菌科_UCG_005相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮添加复方中草药有利于提高育成期梅花鹿的生产性能和营养物质的表观消化率,对直肠菌群具有一定的调节作用。 The experiment was to study the effect of dietary supplementation of compound Chinese herbal medicine on production performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients and rectal flora structure of sika deer during breeding period.A total of 12 one-year-old male sika deer in good condition at breeding stage were selected and randomly divide into two groups,with six replicates in each group and one deer in each replicate.The sika deer in control group(YC group)were fed with basal diet,the sika deer in test group(YT group)were fed with basal diet supplemented with 10 g/(head·d)compound Chinese herbal medicine.The pre-trial period was 7 d and the experimental period was 60 d.The results showed that compared with YC group,the antler weight of the sika deer in YT group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the apparent digestibility of crude protein,crude fat,organic matter and dry matter were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the rectal flora was significantly increased(P<0.05).The relative abundance of Rikenbacteriaceae RC9 at the phylum level and the genus level was significantly increased(P<0.05),the relative abundance of Firmicutes at the phylum level and the genus level of Ruminococcus_UCG_005 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of compound Chinese herbal medicine to diet is beneficial to improve the production performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients of sika deer during breeding period,which has a certain regulatory effect on rectal flora.
