葡萄糖氧化酶对蛋鸡产蛋后期产蛋性能、肠道组织形态和盲肠微生物的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Glucose Oxidase on Laying Performance,Intestinal Tissue Morphology and Cecal Microorganism during Late Laying Period

摘要 本试验旨在探究葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)对产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋性能和肠道健康的影响。选取270只产蛋率相近的70周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为3组,其中对照组饲喂基础饲粮,另外2组分别在基础饲粮中添加150、300 mg/kg GOD(活性为1 000 U/g),每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。预试期7 d,正试期50 d。结果显示:1)150 mg/kg GOD组和300 mg/kg GOD组的产蛋率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);300 mg/kg GOD组的平均日产蛋重显著高于对照组与150 mg/kg GOD组(P<0.05),150 mg/kg GOD组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);300 mg/kg GOD组的料蛋比显著低于对照组(P <0.05),150 mg/kg GOD组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);2个试验组的平均日采食量和破壳率与对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加150或300 mg/kg GOD可显著提高十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛高度(P<0.05);饲粮中添加300 mg/kg GOD可显著提高十二指肠绒隐比(P<0.05)。3)饲粮中添加300 mg/kg GOD对盲肠微生物Alpha多样性指数无显著影响(P>0.05),但在门水平上极显著增加螺旋菌门(Spirochaetes)、迷踪菌门(Elusimicrobia)的相对丰度(P<0.01),显著或极显著降低蓝藻菌门(Cyanobacteria)、疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobia)的相对丰度(P<0.05或P<0.01),在属水平上显著或极显著增加拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)、未分类的瘤胃球菌科(Ruminococcaceae_unclassified)、瘤胃球菌科NK4A214群(Ruminococcaceae_NK4A214_group)的相对丰度(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著降低普雷沃氏菌科UCG-001(Prevotellaceae_UCG-001)的相对丰度(P<0.05)。综上可知,饲粮中添加GOD可提高产蛋后期蛋鸡的产蛋性能,改善肠道组织形态,对蛋鸡盲肠微生物多样性没有显著影响,但是优化了盲肠微生物群落结构组成。 This experiment was conducted to explore the effects of glucose oxidase(GOD)on laying performance and intestinal health in laying hens in the late laying period.Two hundred and seventy 70-week-old HyLine brown laying hens with similar egg-laying rate were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 6replicates in each group and 15 chickens in each replicate,in which the control group was fed a basal diet,and the other two groups added 150 and 300 mg/kg GOD with activity of 1 000 U/g into the basal diet.The pretest period lasted for 7 days,and the test period lasted for 50 days.The results showed that the egg-laying rate of the 150 mg/kg GOD group and the 300 mg/kg GOD group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05).The feed to egg ratio of the 300 mg/kg GOD group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P 0.05).There were no significant differences between the two experimental groups and the control group in terms of average daily feed intake and shell breaking rate(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the addition of 150 and 300 mg/kg GOD in the diet could significantly increase the villus height of the duodenum,jejunum and ileum(P<0.05);the addition of 300 mg/kg GOD in the diet could significantly increase the villus height/crypto depth of the duodenum(P<0.05).3)The addition of 300 mg/kg GOD in the diet had no significant effect on the Alpha diversity of microbial community.At the phylum level,the relative abundances of Spirochaetes and Elusimicrobia were extremely significantly increased(P < 0.01),and the relative abundances of Cyanobacteria and Verrucomicrobia were significantly or extremely significantly decreased by adding 300 mg/kg GOD in the diet(P<0.05 or P<0.01).At the genus level,the relative abundances of Bacteroides,Ruminococcaceae_unclassified and Ruminococcaceae_NK4A214_group were significantly or extremely significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the relative abundance of Prevotellaceae _ UCG-001 was significantly decreased by adding300 mg/kg GOD in the diet(P<0.05).It can be seen from the above that adding GOD in the diet can improve the laying performance of laying hens in the late laying period,improve the intestinal tissue morphology,and has no significant effect on the cecal microbial diversity,but the structural composition of the cecum microbial community is optimized.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(11):7038-7048]
