摘要
随着我国养殖业的快速发展,大量人工合成的饲料添加剂如:抗生素、激素、防腐剂等在饲料中的广泛应用,对推动养殖业的快速发展起到了巨大的推动作用,然而,长期、大量使用化学药物添加剂导致的药物残留和耐药性等问题备受人们的重视,随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品安全的认识也逐渐加深,要求畜牧畜牧产业提供绿色、安全、无公害的产品的呼声越来越高,而中草药添加剂不仅具有纯天然、无毒副作用、无耐药性、无污染及残留低等特点,还且还具有增强动物免疫功能、提高动物抗应激能力、促进动物生长、改善畜禽品质等功能,其深受广大养殖户的青眯,因此,绿色的中草药添加剂取代抗生素等化学合成药物已是必然所趋,我国中草药资源十分丰富,开发中草药饲料添加剂具有很大市场潜力。本文对中草药饲料添加剂的特性及在养殖业中的应用现状进行详细概述,这为进一步研究中草药饲料添加剂提供参考。
Abundant artificially synthesized feed additives such as antibiotics, hormones and preserva- tives are widely applied to feedstuff in breeding industry in China,which helped promote the progressing of breeding industry, and at the same time, large quantity of chemicals additives on a long-term basis led to residuals in and drug resistance of animal products. The increasing requiring on food safety, especially the green, safe and pollution-free animal husbandry products popularized urge and acceptance of the Chinese herb feed additives which are not only pure natural, non-toxic, free from drug resistance, pollution-free and low residuals, also work to intensify animals＇ immunologic functions, improve animals＇ anti-stress abili- ty, promote animals＇ growth and improve livestock and poultry quality, etc.. China has abundant Chinese herb resources and huge market potential for developing herb feed additives. Thereafter, the paper sur- veyed the characteristics of Chinese herb feed additives and their application status in breeding industry in detail to prepare reference for further research on Chinese herb feed additives.
