摘要
新知识经济时代,我国饲料企业在管理方面取得重大突破,特别是人力资源管理领域。为将新知识经济的成果更广泛地融入饲料企业人力资源管理中,饲料企业应根据自身人力资源管理实际情况,结合新知识经济的优势,针对当前存在的人力资源管理意识欠缺、管理资金不足、管理模式落后等问题探寻对策,促进企业自身人力资源管理水平的提升,推动人力资源管理走向知识化、科学化管理的新阶段。
In the era of new knowledge economy,China's feed enterprises have made great breakthroughs in management,especially in the field of human resource management.In order to integrate the achievements of the new knowledge economy into the human resource management of feed enterprises more widely,feed enterprises should combine the advantages of the new knowledge economy according to their own human resource management actual situation,in the light of the existing problems such as the lack of human resource management consciousness,the lack of management funds,the backward management mode,etc,promote human resources management to a new stage of knowledge-based,scientific management.
