摘要 随着我国畜牧业的发展,对饲料产品的需求不断上升,饲料行业发展前景广阔。大中小型饲料企业越来越多,市场竞争日益激烈。在知识经济时代,人力资源的重要性愈加凸显。目前,饲料企业的人力资源管理与开发速度远不及企业自身的发展速度。在现代企业管理中,人力资源管理更加具有战略性。随著社会经济的发展,企业管理思想的转变,人力资源管理职能也逐渐发生变化,与传统的程序化、低层次的人事工作不同,现代人力资源管理更加注重与企业战略相关的管理业务,促进企业目标的实现。饲料企业必须重视高素质人才的培养,吸引和留住所需人才,构建人力资源管理长效机制,优化人力资源配置,掌握竞争与经济发展的主动权,促进饲料企业的可持续发展。 With the development of China’s animal husbandry,the demand for feed products continues to rise,and the feed industry has broad development prospects.There are more and more large,medium and small feed enterprises,and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.In the era of knowledge economy,the importance of human resources has become increasingly prominent.At present,the human resources management and development speed of feed enterprises is far less than the development speed of enterprises themselves.In modern enterprise management,human resource management is more strategic.With the development of social economy,the transformation of enterprise management ideas,the function of human resource management has gradually changed.Unlike traditional programmatic and low-level personnel work,modern human resource management pays more attention to management business related to enterprise strategy Promote the realization of corporate goals.Feed enterprises must pay attention to the cultivation of high-quality talents,attract and retain the required talents,build a long-term human resources management mechanism,optimize human resource allocation,master the initiative of competition and economic development,and promote the sustainable development of feed enterprises.
