水声工程国防特色学科科教融合高水平人才培养模式探索与实践

摘要 哈尔滨工程大学水声工程学院在高水平人才培养中,发挥“水声工程”国防特色骨干学科的基础引领作用,凝聚面向国防的特色科研优势资源和力量,提出以教学和科研双核心为驱动,以研促践,以践促学,以学促教,以教促建,以研促建,融研于教,寓教于践,教长于研,教研融合,建立以学术团队为核心的“一牵引,五促进,三融合”的科教融合高水平育人模式新理念。通过教学和科研融合的双核心驱动,在提升育人效果的同时,促进人才培养、科学研究和学科建设相统一,培养学生创新意识和创新能力,在实践中取得很好的效果。 In the training of high-level talents,the school of underwater acoustic engineering of Harbin Engineering University gives play to the basic leading role of the national defense characteristic backbone discipline of"underwater acoustic engineering",condenses the advantageous resources and forces of national defense oriented characteristic scientific research,and proposes to take the dual core of teaching and scientific research as the driving force,promote practice with research,promote learning with practice,promote teaching with learning,promote construction with research,integrate research into teaching,integrate teaching into practice,teachers in research,and integrate teaching and research,establish a new concept of high-level education mode of science and education integration of"one traction,five promotion and three integration"with academic team as the core.Through the dual core drive of the integration of teaching and scientific research,while improving the effect of education,it has promoted the unity of talent training,scientific research and discipline construction,cultivated students'innovative consciousness and innovative ability,and achieved good results in practice.
