精益管理在医院管理中的应用优势及对管理质量的作用探讨 被引量:7

The Application Advantages of Lean Management in Hospital Management and Its Effect on Management Quality

摘要 目的探讨医院管理中开展精益管理模式对医院管理质量的影响。方法选取启东市第三人民医院2019年8月—2021年8月在职医护人员80名、住院患者200例作为观察对象,依据时间点划分组别,将2019年8月—2020年8月的40名医护人员、100例住院患者设为对照组,开展常规医院管理,将2020年9月—2021年8月40名医护人员及100例住院患者设为观察组,并采取精益管理模式,对两组不同管理方式下,患者投诉率、管理满意度、管理质量及医护人员综合水平得分展开统计分析。结果观察组患者投诉率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医护人员管理满意度水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医护人员各项管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医护人员综合水平各项评分均更高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展精益管理模式下的医院管理工作,能提升医院管理质量,并强化医护人员的综合水平,降低患者投诉率。 Objective To explore the influence of the lean management model in hospital management on the quality of hospital management.Methods 80 on-the-job medical staff and 200 inpatients in Qidong Third People's Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as observation objects.Groups were divided according to time points,and 40 medical staff and 100 inpatients from August 2019 to August 2020 were set as the control group,and routine hospital management was carried out.From September 2020 to August 2021,40 medical staff and 100 inpatients were set as the observation group,and a lean management model was adopted.Statistical analysis were carried out on the patient complaint rate,management satisfaction,management quality and the comprehensive level of medical staff under different management methods in the two groups.Results The complaint rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction level of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management quality scores of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive scores of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out hospital management work under the lean management model can improve the quality of hospital management,strengthen the comprehensive level of medical staff,and reduce the incidence of patient complaints.
