摘要
医疗保健领域的人才队伍质量将会直接关系到医疗保健的事业健康发展,同时也决定了医疗保健服务对象群体的满意程度。医疗保健工作具有综合性特征,医疗保健人才的组成结构也具备复杂性。近年来,医疗保健队伍的人才建设重要实践工作已经得到重视,医疗保健的人才资源质量也在不断提升。但是从总体角度来讲,医疗保健领域的人才队伍并未达到最佳的人才资源质量。医疗保健领域的医护人员亟待优化提高自身的业务素养,并且医疗保健的医院科室管理负责人员也要致力于引进优秀的医疗保健人才。该文从可持续发展的视角着眼,探究了医疗保健人才队伍目前的建设状况以及缺陷,合理给出医疗保健人才队伍的完善建设措施。
The quality of the talent team in the field of healthcare will be directly related to the healthy development of healthcare,and it determines the satisfaction of the target groups of healthcare services.Healthcare work is integrative,and the makeup of healthcare talent is complex.In recent years,attention has been paid to the important practice of talent construction in the medical and health care team,and the quality of medical and health care talent resources has been continuously improved.But overall,the workforce in healthcare is not at the best quality of talent.Medical staff in the field of health care urgently need to improve their own business literacy optimization,and the management personnel of hospital departments of health care should also be committed to introducing excellent health care talents.From the perspective of sustainable development,the paper explores the current construction status and defects of the medical and health care talent team,and gives reasonable measures to improve the construction of the medical and health care talent team.
