摘要
目的探究团队心理干预对产科护士心理弹性及不良情绪的影响。方法选择2022年1月至3月深圳市罗湖区妇幼保健院的30名妇产科护士为研究对象,开展团队心理干预。比较护理前、护理后护士心理弹性、不良情绪。结果团队心理干预前,护士心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)坚韧性、力量性、乐观性三个维度得分分别为(35.78±3.15)、(20.78±2.08)、(8.61±1.02)分;团队心理干预后,护士CD-RISC维度坚韧性得分为(46.35±2.89)分、力量性得分为(28.68±1.31)分、乐观性得分为(12.28±1.31)分。干预后与干预前比较均增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。团队心理干预前,护士汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)得分为(9.01±1.24)分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)得分为(8.67±1.01)分;团队心理干预后,护士HAMA得分为(6.24±0.67)分、HAMD得分为(6.18±0.71)分。干预后与干预前比较均减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇产科护士实施团队心理干预可增强心理弹性,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪。
Objective To explore the effect of team psychological intervention on mental resilience and negative emotions of obstetrics and gynecology nurses.Methods A total of 30 obstetrics and gynecology nurses from Shenzhen Luohu Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study subjects from January to March 2022,and team psychological intervention was carried out.The mental resilience and negative emotions of nurses were compared before and after nursing.Results Before team psychological intervention,the scores of toughness,strength and optimism in the Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)were(35.78±3.15),(20.78±2.08)and(8.61±1.02)points respectively.After team psychological intervention,nurses’CD-RISC dimension score of toughness was(46.35±2.89)points,strength score was(28.68±1.31)points and optimism score was(12.28±1.31)points,which were increased compared with those before team psychological intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before the team psychological intervention,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score was(9.01±1.24)points and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score was(8.67±1.01)points.After team psychological intervention,nurses’HAMA score was(6.24±0.67)points and HAMD score was(6.18±0.71)points,which were reduced compared with those before team psychological intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Team psychological intervention for gynecology and obstetrics nurses can enhance mental resilience and relieve anxiety and depression.
