摘要
目的探讨妇产科护理质量管理中持续质量改进的实施效果。方法选择2019年5月—2021年5月妇产科护士24名,根据时间点分为对照组(n=12,2019年5月—2020年5月)和观察组(n=12,2020年6月—2021年5月)。对照组采用常规方法管理,观察组在妇产科护理质量管理中联合持续质量改进,管理3个月后评估管理效果,且从妇产科各抽取患者62例,比较两组管理质量、不良事件发生率、护士满意度。结果观察组管理3个月后病区管理、规范服务、分级护理、护理文书书写、随访服务评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组3个月管理期间入组患者跌倒、坠床、烫伤、皮肤损伤及用药不当发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理3个月后护士对管理方法、管理效果、管理内容、考核形式及护患关系满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科护理管理中实施持续质量改进,有助于提升管理质量,降低不良事件发生率,有助于提高患者满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement in obstetrics and gynecology nursing quality management.Methods 24 obstetrics and Gynecology nurses from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into control group(n=12,May 2019 to May 2020)and observation group(n=12,June 2020 to May 2021).The control group was managed with conventional methods,and the observation group was managed with continuous quality improvement in obstetrics and gynecology nursing quality management.The management effect was evaluated after 3 months of management,and 62 patients were separately selected from obstetrics and gynecology.The management quality,incidence of adverse events and nurses'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of management,the scores of ward management,standardized service,graded nursing,nursing document writing,and follow-up service in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the 3-month management period,the incidences of falls,falling from bed,scalds,skin injuries and improper medication of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of management,the nurses in the observation group had higher satisfaction with the management method,management effect, management content, assessment form and nurse-patient relationship than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing continuous quality improvement in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management is helpful to improve management quality and reduce the incidence of adverse events. It helps to improve patient satisfaction, and is worthy of popularization and application.
