摘要
目的:探讨团体心理教育培训对手术室护士职业倦怠感、压力应对方式及心理健康状况的影响。方法:2015年6月~2016年6月对本院手术室35名护士进行团队心理教育培训,分别于培训前后应用职业生涯倦怠量表、简易应对方式问卷及症状自评量表(SCL-90)对护士职业倦怠感、压力应对方式及心理健康状况进行评价。结果:培训后手术室护士去人格化、情感耗竭、个人无成就感及职业倦怠感评分明显低于培训前(P<0.05)。培训后手术室护士积极应对评分高于培训前(P<0.05),而消极应对及总压力评分低于培训前(P<0.05),培训后手术室护士在躯体化、人际关系敏感、强迫、抑郁、敌对、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等方面评分明显低于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:团体心理教育培训能有效改善手术室护士职业倦怠感及心理健康状况,使护士能积极应对护理工作,提高护理服务质量。
Objective : To discuss the influence of team psychological education training on sense of job burnout, pressure handling method and psychological health condition of theatre nurses. Methods:A team psychological education training was conducted for 35 nurses in operating theatre of our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016, and the nurses were evaluated in sense of job burnout, pressure handling method and psychological health condition with career burnout scale, simplified coping style questionnaire and self -rating symptom scale respectively before and after training. Results:After training, the scores of depersonalization, emotional exhaustion, personal sense of no achievements and sense of job burnout of theatre nurses were significantly lower than those before training ( P 〈 0.05 ). After training, the score of active coping of theatre nurses was higher than that before training ( P 〈 0.05 ), while the score of passive coping and total pressure score were lower than those before training ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the scores of somatization, sensitivity of interpersonal rela- tionship, obsession, depression, hostility, anxiety, horror, intolerance and psychosis of theatre nurses were significantly lower than those before training ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Team psychological education training could effectively improve the job burnout and psychological condition of theatre nurses, so that they could actively deal with nursing work, so as to improve the nursing quality.
