摘要
十九大报告提出乡村振兴战略。“安吉共识”提出了要面向新农业、新乡村、新农民、新生态,发展新农科。新农科建设与乡村振兴战略有高度契合性。文章以安徽农业大学为例,系统阐述该校在新农科建设背景下坚持“大别山道路”办学特色,搭建“一站一盟一中心”大学农业推广服务平台、组建“1+5+N”专家团队、创新“四业融通”新农科人才培养模式、实施“五大计划”建设行动等服务乡村振兴的成功经验,并就地方农林高校如何筑牢思想基础,如何赋能乡村产业、人才、生态振兴及创新机制助力乡村振兴等,进行了深入思考。
The rural revitalization strategy was a major strategy put forward at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The"Anji Consensus"proposes to develop the emerging agricultural education for new agriculture,new villages,new farmers and new ecology.The emerging agricultural education is highly consistent with the rural revitalization strategy.Taking Anhui Agricultural University as an example,this paper systematically expounded the successful experience of Anhui Agricultural University in serving rural revitalization,such as adhering to the characteristics of"Dabie Mountain Road"under the background of new agricultural sciences construction,building a university agricultural extension service platform of"one station,one alliance and one center",establishing the expert team of"1+5+N",innovating the training mode of new agricultural sciences talents of"four industries integration",and implementing the construction action of"five major plans".It also offered an in-depth thinking on how to build a solid ideological foundation,empower rural industry,talents,ecological revitalization and innovative mechanism to help rural revitalization.
