摘要
应用型高校都面临着人才培养模式转变的过程,创新创业教育与实践不能照搬以往的教育模式,创新创业人才培养方式也应该从课堂扩展到课外。该文通过阐述辽东学院创新创业教育实践在课外如何通过以学生团队的模式构建新的培养模式,通过学生团队入驻学校创新创业基地,在基地内通过课外的创新创业教育和思政教育,结合课内的专业教育,从创新创业精神、思想道德品质、专业知识技能等方面提高学生的综合素质的创新创业能力。
Applied colleges and universities are faced with the process of transforming the talent training model.Innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice cannot copy the previous education model, and innovative and entrepreneurial talent training methods should also be extended from classroom to extracurricular. This paper explains how the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Liaodong College can build a new training mode through the student team model in the extracurricular mode, through the student team to enter the school innovation and entrepreneurial base, and through the extracurricular innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education in the base, combined with the in-class Professional education, from the aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship, ideological and moral quality, professional knowledge and skills, etc. to improve students’ comprehensive quality of innovation and entrepreneurship.
