摘要
创新创业教育是发展型教育,基于OBE教育理念实施以创新创业为导向大学生教学策略,可有效解决创新创业教育中的相关问题,有效提高教育教学质量。提出从人才培养的顶层设计思考,遵循系统性原则构建大学生创新创业能力培养OBE三要素理念模型,探寻政府链、学校链、企业链的三螺旋发展路径中的教学支撑点,优化“第二课堂”保障条件,培养大学生的创新思维能力,达成培养经济社会建设发展需求的大学生创新创业教育人才目标。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a developmental education.Based on the OBE education concept,the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship-oriented college students’teaching strategy can effectively solve the relevant problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education and effectively improve the quality of education and teaching.It is proposed to think from the top-level design of talent training,follow the systematic principle to build the OBE three-element concept model for the cultivation of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability,explore the teaching support point in the three spiral development path of government chain,school chain and enterprise chain,optimize the guarantee conditions of“second classroom”,cultivate college students’innovative thinking ability,and cultivate college students into talents for innovation and entrepreneurship so as to promote the economic and social construction and development.
