摘要
目的 研究老年急性呼吸衰竭患者应用呼吸机辅助急诊治疗的疗效及对患者血气指标的影响。方法 54例老年急性呼吸衰竭患者,采用随机抽签法分为实验组和对照组,各27例。对照组进行常规治疗,实验组进行呼吸机辅助急诊治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血气指标、治疗效果、并发症发生情况。结果 治疗后,实验组心率(HR)(91.27±12.19)次/min、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))(44.11±5.57)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)低于对照组的(103.54±13.27)次/min、(48.64±8.25)mm Hg,动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))(84.67±7.24)mm Hg高于对照组的(80.10±6.15)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为96.30%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率为0,低于对照组的18.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对老年急性呼吸衰竭患者进行呼吸机辅助急诊治疗效果十分理想,可有效改善其血气指标,减少并发症,值得在临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of ventilator assisted emergency treatment for elderly patients with acute respiratory failure and its influence on blood gas indexes of patients.Methods A total of 54 elderly patients with acute respiratory failure were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 27 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the experimental group received ventilator-assisted emergency treatment.The blood gas indexes before and after treatment,therapeutic effect,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the heart rate(HR)(91.27±12.19)times/min and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))(44.11±5.57)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)in the experimental group were lower than(103.54±13.27)times/min and(48.64±8.25)mm Hg in the control group,and the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))(84.67±7.24)mm Hg was higher than(80.10±6.15)mm Hg in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.30%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was 0,which was lower than 18.52%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ventilator assisted emergency treatment for elderly patients with acute respiratory failure has a very ideal therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve the blood gas indicators and reduce the complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
